3. Fuji Electric air conditioning systems manufactured by Fujitsu General Ltd. are identical to the models of the other two brands of the concern - Fujitsu Airstage and General.

4. TEMPEX is an official repair service of Fuji Electric. All Fuji Electric air conditioning systems offered on the Bulgarian market are sold with a full 36-month warranty, starting from the date of installation.

5. TEMPEX provides after-warranty service and maintenance of older Fuji Electric models, for which Fujitsu General Ltd. continues to provide spare parts.

6. Fuji Electric air conditioning systems are regularly delivered to Bulgaria, with deliveries for 2026 fully guaranteed.

7. TEMPEX Ltd. will continue to promptly inform its dealers and customers about news and upcoming models from Fujitsu General Ltd.

8. In April 2026, TEMPEX Ltd. will announce positive news about the brand, as well as present the new models that will be offered on the Bulgarian market in 2026.

Any rumors and information disseminated by competing companies that contradict the above is false.
